5. Production of explosives (further – VV) in the organizations consumers, preparation of VV for the mechanized loading is carried out according to production schedules.

All industrial VV and products on their basis belong to 1 class of danger and are divided into groups of compatibility of appendix of 2 these rules (appendix No. 3 to the technical regulation of the Customs union of TR CU 028/2012 "About safety of explosives and products on their basis", to No. 57 accepted by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 20, 2012 (further – TR CU 028/2012)), subclasses (appendix No. 2 to TR CU 028/2012) and are classified under the terms of application (appendix No. 1 to TR CU 028/2012).";

"30. Explosive works are performed by the blasters, shotfirers having the admission to the works which are directly connected with explosive works and with VM and the Single book of the blaster, shotfirer (further – the Single book) on form, according to appendix of 4 these rules and appointed the head of the organization (company).

The single book issued in other state of the Commonwealth of Independent States is subject to replacement after examination in accordance with the established procedure.

The following types of explosive works are established:

1) general explosive works:

explosive works in underground developments and on the surface of the coal mines dangerous on gas or developing the layers dangerous on dust explosions;

explosive works in underground developments and on the surface of the coal mines not dangerous on gas or developing the layers not dangerous on dust explosions;

explosive works in underground developments and on the surface of mines (objects of the ore mining and nonmetallic industry) dangerous on gas or dust;

explosive works in underground developments and on the surface of mines (objects of the ore mining and nonmetallic industry) not dangerous on gas or dust;

explosive works on open-cast mountain minings;

explosive works in case of seismic exploration;

explosive works in case of prostrelochno-explosive and works in oil, gas, water and other wells;

2) special explosive works (with indication of type), including:

loosening of frozen soil, on swamps, ice detonation, underwater explosive works;

destruction of hot arrays;

processing of materials (cutting, welding, hardening and others) energy of explosion;

roll of buildings, constructions and crushing of the bases;

korchevka of stubs, wood roll, loosening of the frozen together firewood and balances,

liquidation of jams in case of timber rafting, fight against wildfires;

in underground developments and on the surface of oil mines;

during the carrying out tunnels and construction of the subway;

when carrying out exploration developments;

connected with use of explosive materials in the scientific and educational purposes.

One copy of the protocol of acceptance of examinations is transferred to territorial subdivision of authorized body in the field of industrial safety that is the basis for execution by the organization of the Single book and its registration.
