About entering of amendments into the Law "About State Registration of Legal Entities, the State Accounting of the Allocated Divisions, Organizations of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs"

Article 1. Part 1 of article 26 of the Law of April 3, 2001 No. ZR-169 "About state registration of legal entities, the state accounting of the allocated divisions, organizations of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" to add with Item 12.1 of the following content:

"12. 1) data on transfer of share of limited liability company to trust management;".

Article 2. Add the law with Article 40.1 of the following content:

"Article 40.1. Documents necessary for transfer of share of limited liability companies to trust management

1. The agency writes down in the unified state register only data on transfer of shares of limited liability companies (further in this Article – society) in trust management.

2. Within a month after transfer of share of society to trust management the interested person for performing state registration represents:

1) the statement which shall contain the information about the trustee: passport data for physical person (for the individual entrepreneur staying on the registry in the Republic of Armenia – also number of the state accounting), or number of state registration for the legal entity registered in the Republic of Armenia;

2) the basis for transfer of share or its part in trust management (the agreement, the court order, etc.);

3) the document confirming payment of the state fee.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
