About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About assistance of employment of the population"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About assistance of employment of the population" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2015, No. 7, the Art. 1017) the following changes:
1) in Article 2:
a) the offer second of item 4 to exclude;
b) in Items 6 and 11 "Government" shall be replaced with words the word "Cabinet of Ministers";
c) add Article with Item 19-1 of the following content:
"19-1) informal employment - the labor activity which is not drawn up according to the labor law;";
d) declare Item 21 invalid;
2) in Article 5:
a) in part 1:
- the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"1. Registration of the citizens who addressed personally to authorized state body or by means of personal account on the State portal of electronic services as the unemployed or looking for work is performed at the place of residence or in the place of stay or the address by territorial subdivisions of authorized state body with presentation:";
- in the paragraph the second "Government" shall be replaced with words the word "Cabinet of Ministers";
b) state part 2 in the following edition:
"2. Registration of the citizens who for the first time are looking for work (earlier not working), who do not have profession (specialty) is performed by territorial subdivisions of authorized state body at the place of residence, stay or addresses with presentation of the passport and education document.";
c) add Article with part of 2-1 following content:
"2-1. Cannot be registered in population employment service for the purpose of search of suitable work:
- the working citizens and also being on vacation without content;
- retirement pensioners.
