About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About the Commission on Prevention of Corruption"

Article 1. Part 12 of article 21 of the Law of June 9, 2017 No. ZR-96 "About the Commission on prevention of corruption" (further – the Law) after words of "Rules of conduct" to add with the words "except for restrictions of acceptance of gifts".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 23 of the Law:
1) Item 1.1 after words of "rules of conduct" to add with words ", except for restrictions of acceptance of gifts,";
To add 2) with Item 1.3 of the following content:
"1. 3) tracking observance by persons holding public positions and public employees of restrictions of acceptance of gifts, regulation and control of process of accounting of gifts;".
Article 3. Regarding 1 article 24 of the Law:
Item 3 to state 1) in the following edition:
"3) keeps registers of accounting of gifts of official persons customs applicants, including officials of governing bodies of the batches provided by the Constitutional law of the Republic of Armenia "About batches", and declarations, and also persons holding public positions, and public employees;";
To add 2) with Item 5.1 of the following content:
"5. 1) publishes the data of the register of accounting of gifts which are subject to publication;";
Item 6 to state 3) in the following edition:
"Considers 6) and resolves cases on the violations connected with declaring and restrictions of acceptance of gifts;";
To add 4) with Item 36 of the following content:
"36) develops application guides of restrictions of acceptance of gifts by the public employees and persons holding public positions.".
Article 4. To state part 5.1 of article 25 of the Law in the following edition:
