About introduction of amendments to some Orders

1. The order of the Main state tax authorities No. 1603 of 20.12.2012 about approval of standard forms of the Report on local charges (Forma TL 13) and instruction about procedure for its filling and representation, to change as follows:

1. In appendix No. 2:

a) in item 3 "on each division of the company in which there are taxable objects" to replace the text with the text "on each area in the territory of which the company has taxable objects";

b) state item 11 in the following edition: "11. The taxpayer owning the divisions/taxation objects on local charges located out of administrative and territorial units of its location fills appendix to the Report on local charges (Forma TL 13) according to each code of the area in the territory of which owns the placed divisions/taxation objects on local charges.";

c) 3) to state subitem to item 12 in the following edition: "3) гр. 3rd "Subdivision code" is not filled;";

d) 9) to state subitem to item 12 in the following edition: "9) in гр. 9 - the collection amount received as a result of multiplication of indicator гр. 7 and the rate of charge specified in гр. 8. In case гр. 8 it is not filled, in гр. 9 the collection amount estimated for all divisions / taxation objects located in the territory of the same administrative and territorial unit is reflected (it is specified in lei);";

e) in the heading "Example" of litas. a):
