About entering of amendments into the Law "About Electronic Communication"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 7, 2022
Article 1. Regarding 1 article 4 of the Law of July 8, 2005 No. ZR-176 "About electronic communication":
Item 4 to add 1) with the new offer of the following content: "The method of operation, managements of networks of electronic communication, use of networks of electronic communication and linear infrastructures and allocation of additional communication channels in emergency situations, during emergency or warlike situation approves the Government of the Republic of Armenia;";
To add 2) with Item 5.1 of the following content:
"5. 1) to develop the program and the schedule of implementation of system of basic and mobile radio monitoring in the territory of the Republic of Armenia which approves the Government of the Republic of Armenia;".
1. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
2. The corresponding regulatory legal acts specified in article 1 of this Law are accepted within six months after entry into force of this Law.
