About modification and amendments in the Law "About Local Self-government"

Article 1. No. ZR-337 "About local self-government" (further – the Law) to declare Item 6 of part 2 of article 21 of the Law of May 7, 2002 invalid.
Article 2. Add the law with Article 21.1 of the following content:
"Article 21.1. Conflict of interest of the member of council of elders of community
1. The member of council of elders of community in situations, the stipulated in Clause 33 Laws of the Republic of Armenia "About public service", not participate in vote according to decisions of the Council of Elders.
2. The member of council of elders of community shall inform immediately in writing in the case established by part of 1 this Article the Council of Elders or the head of community.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
