No. 10 1168, 2016 No. 3 of the Art. 423, 2017 No. 5 of the Art. 741, No. 7 of the Art. 1291, 2018 No. 5 of the Art. 847, 2019 No. 1 of the Art. 30, No. 3 of the Art. 387, 2021 No. 12 of the Art. 1298):
1. Add with Article 13-1.4 of the following content:
"13-1.4. In the presence of possibility of receipt of documents, the stipulated in Article 13-1.2 presents of the Law, in the relevant state body (organization) by means of the information system "Electronic Government", the specified documents from the applicant are not required. In cases when receipt of such documents through the Information system "Electronic Government" is impossible, their representation is requested from the relevant state body (organization) with the consent of the applicant or provided with the applicant.".
