"8. For receipt of the certificate of the organization for maintenance and repair of the aircraft equipment of civil aviation the applicant sends to authorized organization through the web portal of "the electronic government" (further – the portal) the request for obtaining/recognition of the certificate of the organization for maintenance and repair of the aircraft equipment of civil aviation (further – the request) in form, according to appendix 2 to these rules, the information about administrative board of the organization for maintenance and repair of the aircraft equipment in form according to appendix 3 to these rules, represented with document package, provided in the List of the main requirements to rendering the state service "Issue of the Certificate of the Organization for Maintenance and Repair of the Aircraft Equipment of Civil Aviation" according to appendix 3-1 to these rules (further – the List).
The list includes characteristics of process, form, content and result of rendering, and also other data taking into account features of provision of the state service.";
