About measures for ensuring boundary safety
In pursuance of part fourteen of article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2008 "About Frontier of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 419-Z
1. To temporarily limit entrance (entrance), temporary stay and movement in borderland within Loyevsky, Braginsky and Hoyniksky districts of the Gomel region.
2. The temporary restrictions set in Item 1 of this resolution do not extend to the physical persons following in borderland:
for accomplishment of labor (office) obligations;
to the residence (the place of stay) and back;
to the residence (the place of stay) of close relatives and back;
in exceptional cases with the permission of the Chairman of the State boundary committee or the official authorized by it.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
