About modification and amendments in the Law "About Military Service and the Status of the Serviceman"

Article 1. Of November 15, 2017 No. ZR-195 "About military service and the status of the serviceman" (further – the Law) to exclude words from Item 1 of part 4 of article 5 of the Law", and for persons specified in part 5 of article 26 of this Law – 3 years".
Article 2. To declare Item 5 of part 2 of article 7 of the Law invalid.
Article 3. In article 26 of the Law:
1) regarding 1 word "appointment, except for the military personnel specified in part 5 of this Article" to replace with the word "appointment";
2) regarding 3 words" and also to exclude the military personnel specified in part 5 of this Article";

Article 4. In part 6 of article 27 of the Law of the word "the order of the Minister of Defence" shall be replaced with words "order of the Government".
Article 5. To recognize item 4 of part 1 and part 12 of article 28 of the Law invalid.
Article 6. In article 29 of the Law:
1) in the subitem "b" of Item 2 of part 1 and part 2 words", except for to exclude the obligatory military personnel of ordinary structure provided by part 5 of article 26 of this Law";
