1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of transport and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 15, 2010 No. 454 "About approval of Rules of phraseology of radio exchange in case of accomplishment of flights and servicing of air traffic" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 6635) the following changes:
in Rules of phraseology of radio exchange in case of accomplishment of the flights and servicing of air traffic approved by the specified order:

"1. These rules of phraseology of radio exchange in case of accomplishment of flights and servicing of air traffic (further - Rules) are developed according to Item 5 of article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About use of airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan and activities of aircraft", Item 8 of the order of the acting minister of transport and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 16, 2011 No. 279 "About approval of the Instruction on the organization and servicing of air traffic" (the state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan registered in the Register at No. 7006) (further – the Instruction) and determine procedure for maintaining and standard phraseology of radio exchange between crews of aircrafts (further – AF) and dispatchers of bodies of servicing of air traffic in airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also beyond its limits where air traffic management is performed by the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
