The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 31, 2018 No. 1288 "About the organization of project activities in the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 45, Art. 6947; 2019, No. 2, Art. 191; No. 32, Art. 4708; 2020, No. 13, Art. 1947; No. 28, Art. 4439; No. 30, Art. 4899; 2021, No. 23, Art. 4042; No. 27, Art. 5375; 2022, No. 12, Art. 1874; No. 13, Art. 2111; No. 27, Art. 4850; 2023, No. 1, Art. 296).
2. Recognize invalid separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.
3. To provide to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation modification of regulatory legal act of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation about approval of procedure for agreement signature about realization in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation of the state programs of the subject of the Russian Federation directed to goal achievement of both indicators of state programs of the Russian Federation, and its standard form providing establishment of procedure for forming of the plan for achievement of indicators of state programs of the Russian Federation (indicators of structural elements of state programs of the Russian Federation, except for federal projects as a part of national projects) and its standard form, no later than May 31, 2023.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
