About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About work pensions"
Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Items 1 and 16 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:

1.1. Exclude from Article 1.0.5 of the word" (taking into account the subsequent increases)";

Before the words "government budget" in the first offer of Article 6.2 to add the word "indexation of these allowances, and also the financial aid established by body (organization) determined by relevant organ of the executive authority concerning labor pensioners in 2022 and included in their work pension about the January 1, 2023 and expenses which resulted from indexation of this financial aid according to article 29.1 of this Law";
1.3. To exclude the words "taking into account the subsequent wages increase" from Articles 20.2 and 20.3 and to replace in these Articles the word "is paid" by the word "is appointed";
