About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

According to Items 3, 10 Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of July 2, 2014 228, order to No.:

1. Bring in Standard regulations on management of ensuring forced execution of solutions of interregional managements of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 20, 2016 No. 1183/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 22, 2016 for No. 617/28747, the following changes:

Paragraph one of Item 9 to state 1) in the following edition:

"9. Management is headed by the head of department of ensuring forced execution of decisions (further - the head of department) who on position can be the deputy manager of interregional management.";

To replace 2) in the subitem 11 of Item 10 of the word of "department of the public executive service of interregional managements of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine" with the word of "Department";

3) in the text of the Standard provision of the word "interregional managements" in all cases shall be replaced with words "interregional management" in the corresponding cases.
