"3. Check of reliability of lists of initiative group of citizens on creation of political party and members of political party (further – lists) is performed:
1) in case of submission of the notification on intention of creation of political party for initiative group, in day of receipt of the notification according to article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About political parties";
