About introduction of amendments to article 2 of the Law on public procurements No. 131/2015
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In part (1) article 2 of the Law on public procurements No. 131/2015 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 424-429, 666), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
in Item a) to replace figures "200000" with figures "300000";
in Item b) to replace figures "250000" with figures "375000";
in Item c) to replace figures "400000" with figures "600000".
Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective since July 1, 2023.
(2) to the Government in a month from the date of entry into force of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it.
