Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of November 8, 2007 No. 257-FZ "About highways and about road activities in the Russian Federation and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 46, Art. 5553; 2011, No. 30, Art. 4591; No. 49, Art. 7015; 2015, No. 48, Art. 6723; 2017, No. 7, Art. 1028; 2018, No. 1, Art. 27) following changes:

1) in Article 16:

a) in part 6 the third offer to state in the following edition: "The government of the Russian Federation establishes the list of automobile check points through Frontier of the Russian Federation concerning which reservation of date and time for the purpose of crossing of Frontier of the Russian Federation, and also the list of sections of the highways adjoining such automobile check points to which the procedure for journey of the cargo vehicles used for implementation of the international motor transportations is applied the stipulated in Article 30.1 present of the Federal Law is established.";

b) add with parts 7 and 8 of the following content:
