About entering of amendments and changes into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. In article 43.1 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1085 (further – the Code):
To add 1) with part 1.1 following of content:
"1.1. Accumulation of garbage in amount three and more cubic meters in unspecified and unforeseen places out of dustbins, garbage ballot boxes, and also out of the transshipment stations or garbage dumps organized or provided in accordance with the established procedure:
attracts imposing of penalty for the official in the amount of hundredfold to the two hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.";
"This Article" shall be replaced with words 2) regarding 2 words "Parts 1 and 1.1 of this Article", and the word "violation" - the word "violations";
"Part 2.2 of this Article" shall be replaced with words 3) regarding 2.4 words "Part 2.3 of this Article";
The word "2" to replace 4) in Item 3 of part 3 with the word "3";
To add 5) with part 11.1 following of content:
"11.1. As the proof also the facts fixed by means of the equipment for video filming or photographing can be applied to identification of the offenses established by parts 1.1 and 3-7 of this Article.".
Article 2. Add the code with Article 43.2 of the following content:
"Article 43.2. Violation of procedure of monitoring of garbage dump
1. Violation by persons operating garbage dump, procedure of monitoring of garbage dump:
attracts imposing of penalty for the individual entrepreneur in fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage, and for the legal entity – in hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
2. Repeating of the same violation within one year after application of measures of administrative punishment:
