About modification of the Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of Customs Service No. 346-O of December 24, 2009

According to provision of Article 12 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149/2000 (it is reissued in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, the special edition of January 1, 2007), with subsequent changes, and also according to Art. 6 of the h. (9) letter g) the Law on Customs Service No. 302/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 68-76, 143) I ORDER to the Art.:

1. The appendix No. 1 to Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of Customs Service No. 346-O/2009 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 197-200, 876) to change the Art. as follows:

- in the Section III, Item 22, subsection A, heading 21 - "IDENTITATEA SI NATIONALITATEA MIJLOCULUI DE TRANSPORT ACTIV CARE TRECE FRONTIERA":

- in part 6 to add the word of "goods" with the text", in case of several receivers";

- in part 7 the word of "transit" to add with the text", final export, temporary export, re-export".

2. To chiefs of customs to inform the staff of customs, customs brokers and customs applicants from own name of provision of this order.

3. To confer responsibility for execution of this order on chiefs of customs.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on Department of the income and customs control.

5. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
