According to provisions of Article 12 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149/2000 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of January 1, 2007) and Articles 6 parts (9) Item g) the Law on Customs Service No. 302/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, to Art. No. 68-76, 143), and also for the purpose of execution of provisions of the Law No. 356/2022 on modification of some regulations and the Law No. 341/2022 on introduction of amendments to the Law No. 172/2014 on approval of the Combined commodity nomenclature I ORDER:
1. In the appendix No. 11 Codification of Tax and Customs Privileges, provided according to the current legislation, for customs procedure "42" to the Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of Customs Service No. 346-O/2009 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 197-200, 876), to make the following changes:
1) in the Section "CODES of the tax and customs privileges provided according to the current legislation for customs procedure "42":
