1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 19, 2022 No. 580 "About some questions of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following amendments:
in Regulations on the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
Item 15:
add with subitem 1-1) of the following content:
"1-1) carrying out the analysis and identification of the system problems lifted by applicants in addresses within ministerial procedures;";
add with subitem 53-1) of the following content:
"53-1) within the competence assists forming and strengthening of the principles of interethnic consent and unity of the people of Kazakhstan among the studying youth in the organizations of the higher and (or) postgraduate education;";
add with subitem 163-1) of the following content:
"163-1) carries out explanatory work on non-admission of discrimination of citizens on the language principle;".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
