According to provisions of article 20 of Item (1) parts (1), articles 27 of Item (2) and Articles of 65 Items (1) - (2) the Law on public finance and tax and budget responsibility No. 181/2014 and for the purpose of enhancement of regulations, in the field of budget classification I ORDER:
In appendix No. 5-1 to the Regulations on administration of budget classification approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 40/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 106-113 of the Art. 617), with subsequent changes, to bring new codes in the following edition:
