About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state guarantees of equality of men and women and equal opportunities of their realization"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state guarantees of equality of men and women and equal opportunities of their realization" of March 1, 2005 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2005, No. 3, the Art. 129) the following changes and amendments:

1. State preamble in the following edition:

"This Law governs the relations on providing the constitutional guarantees of equality of men and women in economic, social, political, cultural and other spheres, prevents discrimination on the basis of floor and establishes equal opportunities for their realization.".

2. In Article 1:

3. In Article 3:
