RESOLUTION OF THE INDUSTRY MINISTRY OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About recognition No. 2 which voided resolutions of the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus of January 11, 2007

Based on Item 7 of the Regulations on the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 980, the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Declare invalid the resolution of the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus of January 11, 2007 No. 2 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for issue of job specifications on shipment and use of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals".

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
