Make the following changes to "The regulations on liability of the military personnel for the damage caused to the state", approved by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 947 of January 10, 1995 (Sheets of the Supreme Council of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1995, No. 8, Art. 158; Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 2, Art. 59; 2004, No. 3, Art. 133; 2011, No. 2, Art. 71, No. 7, Art. 582):
1. To state part one of Article 1 in the following edition:
"The military personnel and persons liable for call-up called on charges bear financial responsibility according to this Provision if they are guilty of damnification to the state in case of execution of the obligations provided by charters, orders and other acts of Armed Forces of the Azerbaijan Republic.".
2. Exclude the word "valid" from Article 2 part one.
3. Under Article 3:
3.1. after the word "disciplinary" in the first part to add the word "administrative";
3.2. before the word "criminal" in the second part to add the word "administrative or".
4. In part one of Article 4 of the word "fully or partially" shall be replaced with words "once or in parts".
5. Under Article 6:
5.1. in word part one "army regulations" shall be replaced with words "charters of Armed Forces of the Azerbaijan Republic", the word "two" the word "tri" and in this part before words of "the monthly amount" to add the word of "two";
5.2. exclude the second part.
