About additional measures for enhancement of executive structure of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In executive structure of the Cabinet of Ministers:

enter position of the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning development of fuel and energy and chemical industries - the Minister of Energy;

enter position of the adviser to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning development of geology, mining and metallurgical industry and the industry instead of position of the adviser to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning development of geology, power, the industry and its key branches - the chairman of the State committee on geology and mineral resources.

2. Make changes to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 10, 2021 No. PP-5143 "About additional measures for enhancement of activities of the Cabinet of Ministers" according to appendix.

3. To the Ministry of Justice to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on the changes and amendments in acts of the legislation following from this resolution in a month.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Aripov A. N.
