Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About National Archive Fund and archive organizations" of November 13, 1998 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1998, No. 23-24, of Art. 326; 2008, No. 12, h 2, Art. 1018; 2011, Art. No. 7-8, 617) following of changes:

1. To state preamble of the Law in the following edition:

"This Law governs the public relations concerning the organization, protection, accounting, storage, control and procedure for use of documents of National Archive Fund of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also record keeping and public administration by archive activities".

2. Article 1 in paragraph nine (1) the words "archive funds" to replace with the word "archives".

3. To state the name of Article 17 in the following edition:

"Document storage of National Archive Fund".

4. In the name and the text of Article 24 the word "violation" shall be replaced with words "non-compliance with the requirement".

Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
