1. Appendix No. 11, the procedure 4, to the Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of Customs Service No. 346-O/2009, to add with the following text:

2. To management of information development and safety to enter necessary amendments into the Information system "Asycuda World".
3. To chiefs of customs to inform the staff of customs, customs brokers and customs applicants from own name of provision of this order.
4. To confer responsibility for execution of this order on chiefs of customs.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on Management of information development and safety and Management of the organization of customs control and assistance to trade.
6. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
