About entering of amendment and change into the Law "About the State Fee"

Article 1. Part 1 of article 16 of the Law of December 27, 1997 No. ZR-186 "About the state fee" (further – the Law) to add with Item 42 following of content:

"42. For issue of the certificate on seeds and landing material |
in 5-fold size of basic duty". |
Article 2. In the last paragraph of article 16 of the Law of the word "35 and 36" shall be replaced with words "35, 36 and 42".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective in year after its official publication.
