Bring in article 45 of the Federal law "About Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation" (in edition of the Federal Law of November 17, 1995 No. 168-FZ) (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 8, Art. 366; Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 47, Art. 4472; 1999, No. 7, Art. 878; 2002, No. 40, Art. 3853; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2011, No. 1, Art. 16; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4787; 2018, No. 17, Art. 2433; 2022, No. 45, Art. 7670) following changes:
1) in paragraph one of Item 5 of the word "Bodies of National Insurance" shall be replaced with words "Insurance organizations";
To add 2) with Item 5.1 of the following content:
"5.1. The size of the monthly monetary compensation paid according to paragraphs to the fifth and sixth Item 5 of this Article is subject to recalculation taking into account increase (increase) in official pay rates of prosecutors made according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. At the same time paid amounts of the specified compensation are subject to collection from perpetrators according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.".
