along routes of regular international - in authorized body in the field of road transport;
along routes regular long-distance interregional, interdistrict (long-distance intraregional) and in the cities of republican value, the capital - city and suburban motor transportations of passengers and baggage - in local executive bodies of area, the cities of republican value, the capital;
along routes of regular city (rural), suburban and raionwide motor transportations of passengers and baggage - in local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value.
The schedule of movement of buses on regular city (rural), suburban and raionwide, interdistrict, long-distance interregional motor transportations of passengers and baggage is created according to appendix 2-1 to these rules.";
