About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 3, 2017 No. 255 "About calculation and collection of payment for negative impact on the environment" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 11, Art. 1572; 2018, No. 28, Art. 4221; 2020, No. 1, Art. 90; No. 34, Art. 5477):

a) add with item 4 of the following content:

"4. This resolution is effective till August 31, 2029";

b) in the Rules of calculation and collection of payment for negative impact on the environment approved by the specified resolution:

to state the subitem "v" of Item 2 in the following edition:

"c) storage, waste disposal of production and consumption (further - placement of waste), including placement and (or) warehousing of the by-products of production recognized as waste in cases stipulated in Item the 8th article 51.1 of the Federal law "About Environmental Protection".";

add Item 5 with the paragraph of the following content:

"In case of placement and (or) warehousing of the by-products of production recognized as waste in cases stipulated in Item the 8th article 51.1 of the Federal law "About Environmental Protection", persons obliged to bring payment, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs as a result of whose economic and (or) other activity such by-products of production were formed are.";
