About introduction of amendments to article 17 of the Federal law "About Free Legal Aid in the Russian Federation"

"6. The state legal bureau has the right to send to public authorities, local government bodies, public associations and other organizations according to the procedure, established by this Federal Law, the official address on the questions of provision of the references, characteristics and other documents necessary for rendering free legal aid to citizens entering competence of the specified bodies and the organizations (further - request of the state legal bureau).
7. Public authorities, local government bodies, public associations and other organizations which sends inquiry of the state legal bureau shall give on it the answer in writing in 30-days time from the date of its obtaining. In the cases requiring extra time on collection and provision of required data, the specified term can be prolonged, but no more than for thirty days, at the same time to the state legal bureau which sent the specified inquiry the notification on prolongation of term of consideration of request of the state legal bureau goes.
8. Requirements to form, procedure for registration and sending an inquiry of the state legal bureau are determined by the federal executive body authorized in the field of providing citizens with free legal aid.
9. Provision to the state legal bureau of the requested data it can be refused if:
1) the subject who received request of the state legal bureau has no the requested data;
2) the requirements to form, procedure for registration and sending an inquiry of the state legal bureau determined in accordance with the established procedure are violated;
3) the requested data are carried by the law to information with limited access.
