About introduction of amendments to articles 302 and 351.7 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 3; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2006, No. 27, Art. 2878; 2014, No. 14, Art. 1547; 2022, No. 41, Art. 6938) following changes:

1) in Article 302:

a) in word part one of "the employer (collection point)" shall be replaced with words "the employer or collection point";

b) the fourth after words of "elected body of primary trade-union organization" to add part with the words "according to the procedure, stipulated in Clause 372 of this Code for adoption of local regulations";

c) in word part eight of "the employer (collection point)" shall be replaced with words "the employer or collection point";

d) add with parts nine and the tenth the following content:

"Delivery of the workers working with shift method from the location of the employer or collection point to the place of performance of work is also back performed at the expense of means of the employer.

The employer can compensate to the worker working with shift method, expenses on payment of cost of its transportation from the residence to the location of the employer or collection point. The size and procedure for compensation are established by the collective agreement, the local regulation adopted taking into account opinion of elected body of primary trade-union organization according to the procedure, stipulated in Clause 372 of this Code for adoption of local regulations, by the employment contract.";

2) in Article 351.7:

a) add with new part twelve of the following content:
