Based on the item b) h (2) Art. 9 of the Law on heat energy and promotion of cogeneration No. 92/2014, of Art. 7 of h (2) the item d) the Law on the electric power No. 107/2016, according to Item 146 of Methodology of calculation, approval and use of regulated prices and rates for production of electrical and heat energy, for services in distribution and delivery of the heat energy approved by the Resolution of the NARE Administrative board No. 396 of 1:11. 2019, according to Item 1 of the Order of the Commission on emergency situations of the Republic of Moldova No. 5 of November 19 2021, according to reasons for department of natural gas and heat energy, DECIDES: Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power

1. Approve the temporary price of production of the electrical energy released from combined heat and power plants of JSC Termoelectrica in the amount of 237 baths/kW of the h (excluding VAT).

2. Approve temporary rate for the heat energy released to consumers of JSC Termoelectrica in the amount of 1772 leu/Gcal (excluding VAT).

3. Declare invalid the Resolution of the NARE Administrative board No. 60/2020 of 10.03.2020 about the price of production of electrical energy and rate for the heat energy released to consumers of JSC Termoelectrica.

4. This resolution becomes effective since November 1, 2021.

5. This resolution can be appealed in the publishing body within 30 days from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
