About modification of Item 2-1 of the Section VII "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About charity and charitable organizations" concerning enhancement of procedure for inclusion of philanthropists - physical persons in the Register of volunteers of anti-terrorist operation and/or implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Paragraph two of Item 2-1 of the Section VII "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About charity and charitable organizations" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, No. 25, Art. 252; 2014, No. 41-42, of Art. 2028; 2020, No. 30, Art. 206; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of April 1, 2022 No. 2173-IX) to state in the following edition:

"For inclusion in the Register of volunteers of anti-terrorist operation and/or implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation the philanthropist - the physical person submits to territorial authority of the central executive body realizing the state tax policy, in paper or electronic form (including with use of the Single state web portal of electronic services) the statement with indication of the account details opened in banks addressed to such volunteer, intended for charity implementation, and registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer or series and passport number (for physical persons which because of the religious beliefs refuse adoption of registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer and notified on it the relevant tax authority and have mark in the passport). Inclusion in the register is performed by the declarative principle within one working day".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within one month from the date of entry into force of this Law:
