In Item 12 of appendix No. 2 to the Resolution NKFR No. 51/12 of 28.10.2019 about the amount of charges and payments for 2020 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, No. 320-325, 1833) the text "In case of National central association of savings and loan associations regulatory payments on functioning are paid to the Art. after deduction of fund of liquidity from asset cost." to replace with the text "Regulatory payments on functioning are paid: 1) in case of National central association of savings and loan associations - after deduction from asset cost of debt on investments of savings and loan associations into fund of liquidity and outstanding debt according to obligations assumed according to purchase and sale agreements of securities; 2) in case of savings and loan associations - after deduction from asset cost of outstanding debt obligation according to purchase and sale agreements of securities."
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of acceptance, is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the NKFR (www.cnpf.md) official web page.
