About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In preamble of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 12, 2004 No. 410 "About order of interaction of public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies with territorial authorities of federal executive body, the representative for control and supervision in the field of taxes and fees" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 33, Art. 3497; No. 22, the Art. 3238) words "According to Item 3 of article 26.22 of the Federal law "About the General Principles of the Organization of Legislative (Representative) and Executive Bodies of the Government of Subjects of the Russian Federation" and part 4 of article 52 of the Federal law "About the General Principles of the Organization of Local Self-government in the Russian Federation" to exclude 2015,.

2. In the Rules of compensation of additional expenses and (or) losses of budgets of the closed administrative-territorial educations connected with specific mode of safe functioning, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 18, 2005 No. 232 "About approval of Rules of compensation of additional expenses and (or) losses of budgets of the closed administrative-territorial educations connected with specific mode of safe functioning" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 17, Art. 1565; 2018, No. 11, Art. 1634; 2019, No. 52, Art. 8042):
