Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 26, 2006 No. 135-FZ "About protection of the competition" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 31, Art. 3434; 2009, No. 29, Art. 3601; 2011, No. 30, Art. 4590; No. 50, Art. 7343; 2013, No. 44, Art. 5633; 2015, No. 41, Art. 5629; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4197; 2018, No. 9, Art. 1274) following changes:

1) in Article 25.1:

a) in part 14 of the word of "Articles 11 and 16" shall be replaced with words "Articles 11, 16 and (or) Item 1 of part 1 of Article 17";

b) add with part 16 of the following content:

"16. When conducting checks officials of antimonopoly authority bear responsibility, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation.";

To add 2) with Article 25.4-1 of the following content:

"Article 25.4-1. Receipt of explanations by antimonopoly authority when conducting checks
