About modification of the Regulations on consolidation of professional participants of the capital markets

According to Item 13 parts one of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets", for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with requirements of the legislation the National commission on securities and the stock market solved:

1. Bring in Regulations on consolidation of professional participants of the capital markets, No. approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of December 27, 2012 1925, No. 182/22714, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 25, 2013 the following changes:

1) in the Section II:

to add item 4 of Chapter 1 with the new subitem of the following content:

"14) the original of the payment document confirming implementation of payment for registration of consolidation with mark of bank about its acceptance (the copy of the payment document certified by the authorized signature of the applicant).";

to add Item 2 of Chapter 5 with the new paragraph of the following content:

"the original of the payment document confirming implementation of payment for approval of rules and standards of professional activity in the capital markets (changes to them) with mark of bank about its acceptance (the copy of the payment document certified by the authorized signature of the applicant).";

Item 2 of Chapter 6 of the Section III to add 2) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"the original of the payment document confirming implementation of payment for approval of internal documents of self-regulatory organization (changes to them) with mark of bank about its acceptance (the copy of the payment document certified by the authorized signature of the applicant).".
