1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of January 24, 2011 No. 4 "About establishment of form of information on the conclusion (not conclusion, absence) of service provision agreements in the field of agroecotourism in reporting year":
from the name, Item 1 and appendix to this resolution the word "not conclusion" to exclude;
state preamble in the following edition:
