About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning accomplishment of decisions of the European Court of Human Rights

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Penitentiary code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, Art. No. 3-4, 21):

Part one of Article 8 to add 1) with the paragraph the thirteenth the following content:

"take a legal action through administration of organization of execution of punishments with statements for provision of copies of materials of criminal proceedings, including electronically";
