About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning powers of authorized body in the field of protection of critical infrastructure of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. "About Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 25, of Art. 890 with subsequent changes) to add the Section IX "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. Determine that during action of warlike situation, and also within 12 months after its termination or cancellation of power of authorized body in the field of protection of critical infrastructure of Ukraine, provided by the Law of Ukraine "About critical infrastructure", are performed by Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About critical infrastructure" of November 16, 2021 No. 1882-IX:

3 parts two of Article 5 of the word "by creation" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item "by determination";

Part third of Article 13 to state 2) in the following edition:

"3. Forming and realization of state policy in the field of protection of critical infrastructure, coordination of activities of subjects of national system of protection of critical infrastructure are provided by authorized body in the field of protection of critical infrastructure of Ukraine";

3) in Article 16:

to state paragraph two of part one in the following edition:

"Activities of authorized body in the field of protection of critical infrastructure of Ukraine direct, coordinate and control the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";

third to state part in the following edition:

"3. The regulations on authorized body in the field of protection of critical infrastructure affirm the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";
