Article 1

Bring in article 17.1 of the Federal Law of August 11, 1995 No. 135-FZ "About charity and volunteering (volunteering)" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 33, Art. 3340; 2018, No. 7, Art. 975; 2022, No. 41, Art. 6956) following changes:

1) subitem paragraph two 3 Items 1 after the word "back" to add with words ", communication fees";

2) in Item 6:

a) the paragraph one after the word "back" to add with words ", communication fee";

b) to add paragraph two after the word "back" with words ", communication fee".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
