About modification of the Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of Customs Service No. 346-O/2009
Based on Art. 12 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149/2000 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of 1:01. 2007), with subsequent changes, and the item g) h (9) Art. 6 of the Law on Customs Service No. 302/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 68-76, 143) I ORDER to the Art.:
1. Chapter III of litas. C, the HEADING 43 - "METODA DE EVALUARE" of Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of Customs Service No. 346-O/2009 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 197-200, Art. 876), to add with the following text:
"In this heading the letter "P" will fit in in case customs value of goods which final price is established on the basis of stock exchange quotations, is declared based on the preliminary invoice (proforma) according to provisions of the item of 71 paragraphs (2) "The regulations on enforcement of the customs appointments provided by the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova", approved by the Order of the Government No. 1140/2005.
The letter "P" will be replaced with the code relating to method of determination of customs value of goods after submission of the final invoice within 150 days from the date of the customs declaration or according to Art. 1811 of the Customs code.".
2. To management of development and information security and public institution "Center of information technologies in finance" to enter necessary changes into the Information system "Asycuda World", and also to send the information message by means of IS "Asycuda World" about implementation of the corresponding changes provided by this order.
3. To chiefs of customs bureaus to inform customs employees, customs brokers and customs applicants from own name of provision of this order.
