"Article 28. Persons which allowed violation of procedure, the stipulated in Article 26 these Laws are detained by law-enforcement bodies or military patrols before the termination of curfew, but not having in case of themselves identity documents, - before identification, but no more than for 48 hours. Detainees can be subjected to personal inspection, survey of things and vehicles according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation about offenses.".
This constitutional Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
