According to the Decision No. 1/2021 of Customs subcommittee of the EU-Republic of Moldova of November 16, 2021, based on provisions of Art. 12 of the Customs code No. 1149/2000 (переопубликован in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of January 1, 2007) and Item g) parts (9) Art. 6 of the Law on Customs Service No. 302/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 68-76, 143), with subsequent changes, I ORDER to the Art.:
1. In the Technical rules of filling of preferential certificates of origin of goods approved by the Order of Customs Service No. 412-O of September 23, 2014. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 293-296, 1380) to make the following changes:
Section II of Chapter A Filling of certificates of movement of goods EUR.1: in Item 9 of column 7 of the word "or "DUPLICATE" (duplicate) with indication of date and number of the original certificate of origin." shall be replaced with words ""TRANSITIONAL RULES" or "DUPLICATE" (duplicate) with indication of date and number of the original certificate of origin."
2. To management of development and information security and public institution "Center of information technologies in finance" to enter necessary changes into the Information system "Asycuda World".
3. To chiefs of customs bureaus to inform customs employees, customs brokers and customs applicants from own name of provision of this order.
4. To assign execution of this order to chiefs customs bureaus.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on management of development and information security and department of the income and customs control.
6. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
