About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law "About the State Fee"

Article 1. In article 19.9 of the Law of December 27, 1997 No. ZR-186 "About the state fee":
1) heading and part 1 after the word "storages" to add with words of "filling of customs declarations based on the application submitted by the customs applicant";
To replace 2) regarding 1 word "90" with the word "37" and to add the same part with subitems 9 and 10 of the following content:

"9) for execution of the customs declaration in electronic form by customs authority in electronic system of customs declaring in case of submission of the customs declaration on paper if the customs applicant cannot provide electronic copy of the customs declaration |
in 3, 5-fold size of basic duty |

10) for filling of the customs declaration based on the application submitted by the customs applicant |
in 30-fold size of basic duty" |
Article 2. To add the penultimate paragraph of article 32 of the Law with the subitem "d" of the following content:
"e) for filling of the customs declaration – before filing of application, provided by the Law "About Customs Declaring".".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
