Article 1. In article 7 of the Law of January 18, 2022 No. ZR-12 "About non-cash transactions" (further – the Law):

Part 1 after the word "(agreement)" to add 1) with the words "in sense of this Law";

Part 2 to state 2) in the following edition:

"2. Non-compliance with requirements of article 4 or 5 of this Law, including in case of transactions (agreements) which are part of the transaction (agreement) provided by part of 1 this Article results in invalidity of the transaction (agreement). Such transaction (agreement) is cancelled.".

Article 2. To state part 1 of article 9 of the Law in the following edition:

"1. The subjects having the obligation established by the Tax code of the Republic of Armenia on application of cash registers and also performing sale of tickets for the passenger traffic performed by air transport at the request of the client shall provide surely acceptance of cashless payment by means of payment cards, except for booths. The specified subjects, in addition to acceptance of cashless payments by means of payment cards, can provide voluntarily also acceptance of cashless payment by means of other payment instruments used based on payment technologies.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
